Recruiters were trained to search for candidates using keywords and phrases. What we found was that most recruiters couldn’t tell a good resume from a bad one. They didn’t understand the technology or what type of companies from which to recruit.
We built a solid process to find and secure great candidates and we know where to look. Our team is very technical and we understand the business. We only supply candidates that could fit the job and let our clients pick from the best of the best. We believe that it is easier to teach a technical person to recruit than to teach a recruiter technology.
